Do you guys ever make your own invite flyers?
My friend Carole did not want to send out evites for her party/fundraiser this month. She feels like they aren't as personal and that it's too easy for people to just delete them or ignore them.
Disclaimer: I think evites work better for some groups than others. I don't discount the use of them at all.
Anyhoot, Carole wanted a flyer and the one I had been using was an old one I had gotten from a friend a few years ago.
I'm not quite as adept at using Pages on my iMac, but thought I would attempt to make an updated flyer for Carole and it turned out to be much easier than I expected! YAY when that happens, huh?
I decided to use a picture of 'Jane' as that is STILL one of my best selling warmers :)
Then I just used text boxes to fill in the pertinent information.
What do you think?
I'm loving how it turned out and how easy it was to make!
Now I'm going to get on making a flyer for a Buddy Fundraiser - I'll post that one next!
